All of our staff a the office of Dr. William D. Payne maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. William D. Payne - Dentist

I grew up in the Willamette Valley and decided that I did not want to leave such a beautiful place. My family and I enjoy skiing, swimming, beach combing and hiking here in the great Northwest. I attended Oregon Health Sciences University Dental School and graduated with awards in oral surgery. I have always had an interest in keeping up with the most current techniques and materials. I enjoy the artistic side of dentistry. That's why I have taken so many hours of continuing education in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Its all about form and function. Too much cosmetic dentistry is being done today without considering how it is suppose to function. Doing all the work to achieve a pretty smile is not worth it if you are not able to chew properly, or it is always breaking apart.

Gloria Feiring - Office Manager

I was born and raised in Salem Oregon with a background in banking. I have worked for Dr. Payne for 19 years in my current position. I am actively involved with the Blazer Booster Club, and I go to all the home games. I also shoot with the Oregon Old West Shooting Society under the alias of "Sunset Glory" with my husband "Brazos Bucky Smith."

Olia Ivanitsky - Dental Assistant

I graduated with my EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assisting) degree in June of 2007 from the Chemeketa Dental Assisting program. I have been working with Dr. Payne since the month of my graduation. I find the dental field a very rewarding and exciting place to be involved. The doctor and staff make this the most friendly and caring practice, and I feel very lucky to be a part of this team!

Zina Berdogin - Dental Hygienist

I was born and raised in Canby, Oregon and graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been a hygienist for over 10 years and still loving it. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and chasing after my two young sons.
